Newage is an unofficial third party company that began in 2018 with its first release, H1 Flipper, their take on a Basic-scale 80s Bumblebee. This set the stage for their now prolific The Legendary Heroes line, which focuses on premium mini scale 80s inspired figures, which has only become more active in the years since. Aside from this, Newage has also branched into the live-action Transformers "Masterpiece Movie" market, with their take on an MPM Soundwave launching their Newage Movie Series, this figure referencing Soundwave's design from Transformers: Dark of the Moon.

The company is known for their deep cut references to Transformers from many pockets of history throughout the franchise's lifespan, as well as references to other things, both seen in their release names, box art, and repaints.
